Salvatore Arena,<\/strong> dirigente medico di Endocrinologia e Diabetologia dell\u2019<strong>ospedale \u201cUmberto I\u201d di Siracusa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo scorso 15 luglio, i medici del reparto di terapia intensiva dell\u2019ospedale \u201c<strong>Nuovo Garibaldi\u201d di Nesima<\/strong>, dove era ricoverato, avevano comunicato che le sue condizioni erano gravissime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 48 anni compiuti il 17 maggio scorso, il <strong>dott. Salvatore Arena<\/strong>, aveva preso servizio all\u2019<strong>ospedale \u201cUmberto I\u201d di Siracusa<\/strong> nell\u2019ottobre 2006, con un contratto biennale poi trasformato, senza interruzione,  a tempo indeterminato, a partire da dicembre 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(foto: il dott.
